Opening Hours

What are your opening times?

We are there for you Monday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.! Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

What payment methods do you offer?

You have the option of using Paypal, credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express), Girocard (Maestro), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, eps transfer (available for customers in Austria), Klarna (available for all customers in Austria , Finland, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway and Sweden) as well as by Sofortüberweisung (Available for all customers in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain).

Exchange and return

How does a return work?

Your right of return is 14 days. More on this in our refund policy. The return is free. With your order you will receive a return label for free return shipping. Please make sure that you return goods such as shoes in the packaging in which you received them.

How does an exchange work?

If you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or color, we ask that you send the item back to us and note the desired replacement item on the return slip. We will then send it to you as soon as possible.

Faulty Items

You can of course send faulty items back to us free of charge. We will then refund the money to you immediately.

Shipping methods, delivery costs and delivery time

With which shipping partner do you send the packages?

We ship with UPS and DHL.

At what times do you process your orders?

Orders are processed during shop opening hours from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in our store at Odeonsplatz 12 in Munich.

What happens if an item from an order is not available at short notice?

If an item is no longer in stock at short notice, we will contact you and credit you with the item immediately.

Shipment tracking?

We will be happy to send you the UPS tracking number on request. Here you can go directly to tracking the shipment: www.ups.de

Do you deliver to packing stations?

Delivery to a Packstation is unfortunately not possible.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Germany & Austria.

Delivery to non-EU countries?

Delivery to a non-EU country is not possible.

Duties and Taxes

Customs duties and taxes within the European Union

What is the shipping policy?

For deliveries within Germany and within Austria, we charge the following flat-rate shipping costs, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal:

Germany:
Germany normal shipping (delivery 1-3 working days): 9.00 EUR
Germany Express (delivery 1-2 working days): 19.00 EUR

Austria:
Austria normal shipping (delivery 1-3 working days): 9.00 EUR
Austria Express (delivery 1-2 working days): 19.00 EUR


From a minimum order value of 200€ the delivery is free of charge. The shipping fee includes the applicable VAT.
